HuTong Dumling BarMouth watering dumplings... As far as dumplings go, HuTong is touted as the best. The restaurant is split between two levels and has a warm contemporary appeal as you enter the building. On the ground floor you can see the dumplings being lovingly hand-crafted. It's highly recommended that you try the Shao Long Bao dumplings. The restaurant is also BYO wine only, making it the perfect place to dine with friends. The rooftop bar provides a great spot to take in the buzz of the city. Red Hummingbird is very popluar and with good reason too, the cocktails are very good, making use of a variety of fresh fruit and juices.
